CUSTOM & IMPORT TAX

We are a U.S.-based shop, and all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees determined by your country’s customs authority. Customs agencies are government organizations responsible for regulating shipments entering or leaving a country, and all international shipments must go through customs clearance.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs regulations.

In some countries, orders below a certain value may qualify for reduced fees or exemptions. Because customs regulations differ widely from country to country, we’re unfortunately unable to predict or calculate these charges in advance, and they cannot be prepaid through our store.

If additional charges apply, the shipping carrier may collect them at the time of delivery. If you are sending an order as a gift or using a drop-shipping service, we recommend informing the recipient that customs fees may be required before the package can be delivered.

We encourage customers to check their local customs and import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

If you have specific customs or shipping instructions regarding declarations, invoices, or packaging, feel free to include them in the order notes at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.
