At NekoPunch, your satisfaction is our priority. Each of our products is made-to-order with care, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@nekopunch.co with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
  • In these cases, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
