  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on the product and location.
  • Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent after your order ships. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates.
  • Split Shipments: Items from the same order may arrive separately for faster delivery.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take longer due to shipping constraints.

International (Outside the U.S.)

  • Shipping Fee: Varies based on the product and destination.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on the product and location.

  • Restricted Countries: We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Iraq, Syria, or North and South Sudan.

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email to track your package.


4. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure all information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

NekoPunch is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.


6. DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

  • In case of delays, we will keep you informed and provide updates.
  • Delivery timelines are managed by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
  • If your package is lost, contact us at support@nekopunch.co, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item’s condition.
  • We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
